Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of WMS solutions for our clients. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Management:

   • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

   • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

   • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Stakeholder Coordination:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutions architects, developers, and operations.

   • Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain transparent communication.

3. Implementation Execution:

   • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of WMS solutions.

   • Ensure alignment between client requirements and delivered solutions.

   • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage go-live activities.

4. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

   • Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.

5. Performance Monitoring:

   • Track project performance against established KPIs.

   • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and change requests.

   • Provide regular progress reports to internal leadership and clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing WMS or supply chain technology implementation projects.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, JDA/Blue Yonder, HighJump, JASCI, or SAP EWM).

  • Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project or Jira.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
