Implementation Services

JASCI and qualified implementation partners will guide your implementation from start to finish. Our software platform was designed to be implemented more efficiently, along with our 5 Step Process.

1. Project requirements & project plan
This phase kicks off the project and is a collaborative effort to define the functional and technical requirements for the project.  A detailed flow analysis of each function is evaluated and agreed upon.  A design document creates the “blueprint” and provides a guideline for a successful implementation.
2. Configure Workflow & integrate
The configuration and integration phase is started based on the blueprint from the functional phase.  Customer’s can easily integrate with JASCI’s modern REST API’s, leverage our ecosystem API’s, or contract JASCI to perform integrations.

Customers will learn the Wizards and SmartTask workflow engine during this phase, as part of our knowledge transfer approach.  Mobile devices are also being setup at this time, so workflow can be tested as it is being configured.

3. User Testing & training
At this point the Customer begins testing in conjunction with the JASCI team.  This is one of the most important phases, as rigorously testing the configuration and processes is key to the success of the project.  This will be the most time-consuming phase as we emphasize that proper testing equates to a successful implementation.  As issues arise, our teams will put corrective actions in place to resolve any identified issues.
4. Go-Live
Covers all pre go-live activities, such as end user training, data conversion, physical inventory, mobile device deployment, in preparation for go-live.  Final testing is completed and Customer signs-off for go-live.

Teams are typically on-site to support the go-live. Support procedures are put in place, and transitioned to our support center.  Final system handoff and sign-off from Customer.

5. Support team
Customer is transitioned to JASCI support. Customer selects from several of JASCI support programs, and JASCI support staff will then align with the customer, have monthly meetings, and measure service levels.

JASCI Software, along with our implementation partners, manage the success of your project. Each project divides responsibilities between the provider and customer to ensure success. The typical make-up of the team is defined below for your review. Other resources are added as necessary depending on the scope, complexity and timeline for the solution.

·Provides technical oversight of the JASCI implementation with technical requirements.  Includes Cloud readiness, IT connectivity, mobile & wireless solutions and peripherals.

Project Manager

Project Lifecycle

·The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer and is responsible for enabling the project team to deliver the JASCI solution that meets the customer’s goals from start to delivery.

Implementation, Configuration & Integration Analyst(s)

As Directed by the JASCI PM

·Implementation and Configuration analysts have a wide and deep range of logistics expertise specifically in regards to optimizing the JASCI solution for the Customer.  Implementation analysts will be assigned to various phases as required on the project.

·Work on integration with Customer data.

Cloud Support Team

As Directed by the PM

·Responsible for oversight of the Customers Cloud instance.

·Will provide training on the base application and related toolsets.  Available as Train-the-Trainer and classroom environments.

·Performs testing of integration in various phases of the project.

Users (Super)

·Assists with various phases of the project from subject matter expertise, to testing, deployment and go-live.  May also be involved with Training.

Trainers

·Trainers will be the personnel at each implementation site that will provide end user training on all of the operational functions in the JASCI applications

Workflow configuration and testing

As workflows are configured and data is integrated, customers can test their workflows in their test environment.

Consulting Services

JASCI's experienced staff and consulting partners have automated thousands of supply-chains. You can request consulting as part of the project, and at an additional fee, we will recommend and deploy the right consultants to help guide your transformation.

Parcel Shipping

Ship in over 50 Countries Easily setup pack stations in one or multiple locations. Pack stations can be setup for Singles and Multi-line item processing. Cartonization rules can be applied, along with integrating scales and barcode printers.
